Treatments & Fees:
Before I treat your dog with clinical canine massage therapy I need to obtain veterinary consent. Under the following legislation - Veterinary Surgeons Act 1966 and Exemption Order 2015 – it is, in essence, illegal for me to work upon a dog without gaining prior veterinary approval.
Therefore, please download and fill in the Vet Consent Form and bring it with you to your first session. Alternatively, you can email the form to me prior to your first session with me.
Failure to bring/send a valid consent form will mean postponing your session to another day and may invoke a cancellation fee.

What to expect!

Treatment with clinical canine massage is ‘results-driven’ and aims to improve your dog in 1-3 treatments. These 3 treatments will be over 3 weeks (7-10 days apart) as this produces the best results.
Once your dog has had a course of 3 treatments, I will then write a report and send it to your vet so that they are aware of what I have found.
I work a best practice and ethical code of conduct, which means, in the unlikely event that there are no improvements after the 3rd session, I will not continue with further treatments but will refer you back to your vet for further investigation.

‘Wriggle’ Room

Dogs won’t always just ‘lie there’ for a massage treatment - some dogs will prefer treatment on the floor while others may prefer the massage table or even their bed. Some snooze the whole way through the treatment and some dogs want time for a ‘wriggle’ about.
Additional time (‘wriggle’ room) is factored in to each session to give your dog the chance to settle in and to have breaks if needed.
